I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the necessary toiletries. The service was top-notch, with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The location, right on the beautiful Playa Hermosa beach, was simply spectacular. The dining experience was a bit overpriced for what was offered, but it didn't hinder my overall enjoyment.

The hotel's rooms were incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, albeit slightly let down by minor upkeep issues making them feel a bit dim like a basement. The service was very friendly, helpful, and efficient, with special thanks to Carlos and Jorje.
